I certainly hope not. All these occupy (insert name of street, or city here) nuts are driving me batty. I am all for free speech and I am all for trying to rid the world of injustice, but simply complaining about wealth and corruption is ludicrous. It presents the youth of our country as fools and as a member of the youth of our country I am slightly offended. Aside from the fact that the young simply don't vote this sort of march because it's something to do mentality is not only idiotic, it's dangerous. Allowing oneself to be lead by people with no real plan is how legitimate protests and change are destroyed. Seek out a plan, design a policy, explain why your upset. Don't just come off the handle saying you will occupy this country - guess what you already do. And you're far from the 99 percent when looking in from a global perspective.
I agree our country has some issues. Greed and mismanagement are certainly around in corporate America. But just whining about the issue is not a solution. Right now the occupy movement looks like a social group for fresh out of college kids who can't cut it in today's world.
